Le projet gagnant, Les Anges Gare-diens, mobilise des jeunes en TIG pour dialoguer avec les voyageurs et prévenir les comportements à risque. Déjà testé à Dijon avec succès, le dispositif se déploie à Strasbourg puis à Rennes, illustrant un impact rapide et concret.
